I’m thrilled to share some exciting news about our leadership team at Kearley & Company! I’ve recently stepped into the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role, and I’m pleased to announce that Daniel Buenger has been promoted to President of the organization.
As CEO, I’ll focus on big-picture growth and driving our long-term vision forward. Having been with Kearley for 21 years and serving as President for the last 15, it’s been an honor to help maintain Ruth Ann Kearley’s vision while pushing us toward more digital and tech-focused initiatives. In my new role, I’ll continue looking for new ways to grow and evolve both our team and the company.
Many of you already know Daniel, who has been with Kearley for 20 years. He’s served as our lead creative and Vice President for the past 14 years and has been a key leader within the company. As President, Daniel will now handle the day-to-day operations, mentor our creative team, and ensure we keep up the high standards that Ruthie established and that our clients have come to trust.
This leadership transition reflects our commitment to our team and our clients. Daniel and I both feel we have the best people in place to meet the evolving needs of our clients and partners, and we’re confident this new structure will help us to better serve you.
