MECU rolled out their new brand pre-2020, but like many organizations, they went quiet with their external marketing efforts during the pandemic.

THE PLAN

MECU serves Baltimore’s municipal employees including Fire, Police, teachers, hospitals, and more. The goal of this campaign was awareness as well as a show of thanks and support for Baltimore’s city workers.

The campaign not only helped raise awareness for the credit union, they also enjoyed a significant uptick in traffic to the website as well as new members.
