While the brand was updated in recent years, the Credit Union was looking for a strategic partner to not only develop great creative, but to also help inform and guide marketing with a greater emphasis on strategy.
In the first year of engagement, the Kearley team supported not only all marketing communication, but also a refresh to retail environments and the corporate training room to support improved member and staff experiences. By summer, almost all marketing goals for the year had been achieved. By year-end, all goals had been exceeded.
