Kearley & Company, Inc. is a 44-year old, full-service agency focused primarily on the financial industry (Credit Union clients from coast-to-coast), but also healthcare, non-profit, and other small and medium-sized businesses in select DMAs. We also work with a Fort Worth-based nonprofit foundation that focuses on treatments and general support for young adults with cancer.

Account Manager

Job Description

Our Account Service team member is primarily responsible for supporting and deepening existing relationships and securing new ones.

Key Responsibilities

Specific Duties Include:

  • Build strong client relationships by educating them on our agency’s approach and processes.
  • Research client industries and competitors to stay informed.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Support content creation for social media and email marketing.
  • Develop proposals, project plans, and cost estimates.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their goals and provide
    strategic recommendations.
  • Lead client meetings and coordinate with agency teams.
  • Ensure clear communication of budgets and timelines with project managers.
  • Review and approve work to ensure it aligns with strategy and client
    expectations.
  • Monitor client communication and budgets
  • Monitor effectiveness of campaign and report campaign return on investment, where applicable.
  • Monitor existing accounts for growth opportunities
  • Help secure new business
  • Help develop pitch decks and presentations.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

The Kearley team works collaboratively throughout the entire process of a project or campaign to brainstorm ideas, pitch ideas to clients, and develop creative that generates return and business growth for our clients. Our Account Services team member will help with projects from concept to fulfillment and will act as the communications bridge to select clients.

Qualifications

Education
B.A. or B.S. degree preferred

Experience
Professional work experience a plus Credit Union experience a plus

Social Media Coordinator

Job Description

Kearley is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to develop and manage organic social media for our clients. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social platforms, and providing innovative recommendations to improve performance and meet client objectives.

As part of our collaborative team, you’ll contribute to brainstorming, pitching ideas, and developing creative strategies that drive ROI. You’ll be involved in projects from start to finish, ensuring strong social media execution and results.

Specific Duties Include:

Create & Post Content – Develop and share engaging posts, images, and videos.
Engage with Followers – Respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
Track Performance – Monitor likes, shares, and other key metrics.
Support Campaigns – Help run social media promotions and marketing efforts.
Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis – Follow social media trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office, and Excel specifically.
  • Knowledge of Social and Google Ads and Google Analytics a plus
  • Experience in managing accounts directly in Social platforms and Google Ads a plus

Education

  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
  • Professional Social Media experience a plus
